Dmitry Paperny It seems like these forms don't resubscribe a customer once they have unsubscribed. Can we implement this? Gravity may not be using the api that would re-subscribe (or update) and existing customer.

Miguel Caranti Is the issue that the person is not added back to the Mailchimp audience? What are the emails that were not resubscribed, I'll check what their status is.
Dmitry Paperny the email I attempted to resubscribe by submitting the form is [email protected]. Since he had unsubscribed himself at some point, I cannot resubscribe him.
Miguel Caranti I seer that there are two emails for Gary Rotham in Gravity: [email protected] and [email protected]. I assume one of them is incorrect. In Mailchimp there is only one: [email protected]. He is marked as "Unsubscribed." Could the email spelling be the reason?
Miguel Caranti Actually it's not relevant, I read through Gravity's documentation and it says: "Once a user has unsubscribed from Mailchimp, they cannot be resubscribed to an Audience through the Mailchimp Add-On and the Mailchimp API. They would only be able to resubscribe using Mailchimp’s subscription forms. This is a limitation of the Mailchimp API." Let me see if we can create a Mailchimp hosted form for re-subscription.
Miguel Caranti I created a temp page with an embedded MailCimp form: https://firstthings.com/mai... (published priuvately) -- you can use it to resubscribe people in the future. This should just be an internal form though. Gary Rotham is resubscribed now.
