Britani Campbell-Nowlin , I will have to put them at the bottom of the footer because some sections above the footer on some pages won't lay out correctly if we put it at the top. But I'll see what I can do. I was planning on doing that at some point, but I'm thinking we may have to do this after we launch because it's going to be a big task.
